We believe great care begins with clear communication and trust. Here’s what the process looks like from your first message to confirmed care.
Step 1 — Submit inquiry
Share your requested services and dates, a brief overview of your pet(s), and your availability for a Meet & Greet.
This helps us understand your pets needs and ensures we’re the right fit.
Step 2 - Confirm Availability
We’ll respond within 1-3 business days to confirm availability and schedule your Meet & Greet.
We believe trust begins with clear, steady communication.
Step 3 — Meet & Greet
We’ll meet at your home to learn your pets routines, review care instructions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable. These visits typically last 20-30 minutes and help create a smooth, stress-free care experience.
Step 4 — Profile Setup
After the meet & greet, you’ll receive access to your client portal to complete your pet and home profile.
This includes detailed routines, medications, behavior, home access, and emergency contacts so we can ensure consistent care every time.
Step 5 — Care Confirmed
Once your profile is complete, your booking will be confirmed and you’ll receive your first invoice. From here, you’re all set for dependable and grounded care.

Some pets may need more time to feel safe with a new person, and that’s okay.
If your pet shows signs of needing additional time to adjust, we offer optional follow up Meet & Greets (20-30 minutes) to continue building trust at their pace.
Additional Meet & Greets: $25 per visit
